Born and raised in the midwest, I went on to live in Florida, California, Mexico and, finally, Vermont. Majoring in Fine Art, I attended schools in San Miguel de Allende, Seattle and Santa Cruz and learned much about composition which helps me today in my photography. I also enjoy painting and designing my own greeting cards.

Living in this beautiful state provides me with many lovely settings for portraits and weddings...as do the seasonal changes. I shoot year-round and appreciate the variety of backdrops.

I breed alpacas and absolutely love photographing them, too. They're likened to cats (I have eight of those) and are quite comedic and full of character...fortunately, they seem to love the camera. Keeping tabs on everyone are my collie and Newfoundland puppy....we're one big furry family. I am fortunate to have a home office and be well surrounded by these wonderful creatures.
